Dr. Nick Garcia is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavioral and emotional difficulties, academic problems, and intellectual deficits for over 21 years. Saul Gonzaga is a board-certified behavior analyst who received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield where his main focus of study was in the area of principles of learning, child development, and abnormal psychology. Saul then received his Master’s Degree in Special Education and completed all of the mild/moderate and moderate/severe Special Education teaching credential coursework. He has over 14 years of experience working with children in an in-home setting and has worked as a Special Education teacher for children and adolescents with Autism.
Saul has also worked for various school districts in Kern County providing teacher training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and classroom consultation in the development of classroom management systems and supports, instructional and behavioral practices, and assessment and curriculum implementation. Saul also developed and supervised an Early Start Program that provides early intervention to children ages 0 to 3.
In clinical practice he completes individualized programs, leads clinical teams in the implementation of programing and behavior intervention.

Janet Clark received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Central Washington University and her Master of Arts in Education with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology from Fresno Pacific University.
She began serving as District Psychologist and Behavior Specialist for a local school district in 2000. Janet’s services to the schools included providing psychological and educational assessments and behavioral and academic interventions for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
She has provided comprehensive behavioral interventions for students (with and without disabilities) as they have exhibited challenging behaviors. She has also conducted comprehensive parent and staff trainings. Janet is a School Psychologist, Licensed Educational Psychologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.Janet works directly with the individual, family, and/or staff within the home and community, providing services to positively change educational, relational, and behavioral outcomes.
Janet is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology (Doctorate to confer in 2020). She is currently providing a full range of counseling services as a Registered Psychological Assistant, in her attainment of clinical hours toward licensure as a Doctor of Psychology.

Karlyn Farber is a board-certified behavior analyst who received her Bachelor of Arts degree and training for her standard teaching credential from San Diego State University, her Master’s Degree in Education with an Emphasis in Special Education from California State University, Bakersfield, her Certificate-Applied Behavior Analysis in Educational Settings from California State University, Los Angeles, and her Professional Development Certificate in Autism from Pennsylvania State University.
Karlyn worked as a professional educator for over twenty years teaching in a variety of settings across age/grade levels including general education, special education [resource and special day class], and non-public schools. Karlyn worked as a Program Specialist for Kern County Consortium for over ten years. While at SELPA, Karlyn developed trainings and consulted with school teams and teachers on a wide variety of education topics. Karlyn provided guidance, coaching, and classroom follow-up for education professionals on developing compliant and appropriate IEPs, behavior support, classroom management, instructional and behavioral practices, and specialized academic instruction for a diverse population.
Karlyn has co-developed and co-presented intensive training on conducting functional behavior assessments and writing corresponding behavior intervention plans throughout Kern County. Karlyn has also presented trainings on many different topics to parents/families and educators in our local community.

Liliana Campos received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield. Liliana completed her Master’ degree from Arizona State University where she also completed her Applied Behavior Analysis coursework. She enjoys supervising and assisting behavior interventionists in the implementation of skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plans. Liliana works under the supervision of multiple BCBAs in our office. Under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts, she assists in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, development of programming, and in training new hires and current behavior interventionists.

EARLY START PROGRAM MANAGER
Bianca Sosa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Bakersfield in Psychology. Bianca has worked for California Spectrum Services as a behavior interventionist and completed her Registered Behavior Technician Credential. As a behavior interventionist she implemented skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of board certified behavior analysts. Bianca also worked as an Early Start Interventionist where she worked with infant and toddlers with developmental delays.
Bianca later became the Program Manager for California Spectrum Services’ Early Start Program. As the Program Manager of the Early Start Program she conducts initial assessments to determine eligibility, participates in Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), provides supervision for all Early Start Interventionists, develops and implements staff and parent trainings, and oversees administrative tasks for the program.
Bianca works with staff and families providing them with trainings and support in the core areas of early development (cognitive, communication, motor, social-emotional, adaptive/ self-help) and aims to improve their understanding and knowledge of the Hawaii Early Learning Profile (HELP) curriculum. EARLY START PROGRAM MANAGER
Traci Kuntz received her Bachelor of Social Work degree with an emphasis in Child Welfare Services, as wellas a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Culture from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Traci has worked for California Spectrum Services since 2012. In 2014she assisted in the development of the Early Start Programas a Program Manager, furthering the commitment of the company to assist infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
