Saul Gonzaga is a board-certified behavior analyst who received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield where his main focus of study was in the area of principles of learning, child development, and abnormal psychology. Saul then received his Master’s Degree in Special Education and completed all of the mild/moderate and moderate/severe Special Education teaching credential coursework. He has over 14 years of experience working with children in an in-home setting and has worked as a Special Education teacher for children and adolescents with Autism.
Saul has also worked for various school districts in Kern County providing teacher training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and classroom consultation in the development of classroom management systems and supports, instructional and behavioral practices, and assessment and curriculum implementation. Saul also developed and supervised an Early Start Program that provides early intervention to children ages 0 to 3.
In clinical practice he completes individualized programs, leads clinical teams in the implementation of programing and behavior intervention.

Nadia Tabarez has been a dedicated member of California Spectrum Services for the past eight years. She began her career with the organization as an Early Start Coordinator, where she supported families and collaborated closely with providers offering Psychological and ABA services. Karlyn Farber is a board-certified behavior analyst who received her Bachelor of Arts degree and training for her standard teaching credential from San Diego State University, her Master’s Degree in Education with an Emphasis in Special Education from California State University, Bakersfield, her Certificate-Applied Behavior Analysis in Educational Settings from California State University, Los Angeles, and her Professional Development Certificate in Autism from Pennsylvania State University.
Karlyn worked as a professional educator for over twenty years teaching in a variety of settings across age/grade levels including general education, special education [resource and special day class], and non-public schools. Karlyn worked as a Program Specialist for Kern County Consortium for over ten years. While at SELPA, Karlyn developed trainings and consulted with school teams and teachers on a wide variety of education topics. Karlyn provided guidance, coaching, and classroom follow-up for education professionals on developing compliant and appropriate IEPs, behavior support, classroom management, instructional and behavioral practices, and specialized academic instruction for a diverse population.
Karlyn has co-developed and co-presented intensive training on conducting functional behavior assessments and writing corresponding behavior intervention plans throughout Kern County. As a Clinical Supervisor, Danny works closely with supervisors and behavior technicians to improve functional communication, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence across all environments. Traci Kuntz received her Bachelor of Social Work degree with an emphasis in Child Welfare Services, as wellas a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Culture from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Traci has worked for California Spectrum Services since 2012. In 2014she assisted in the development of the Early Start Programas a Program Manager, furthering the commitment of the company to assist infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
As the Program Manager of the Early Start Program, she conducts initial developmental assessments to determine program eligibility, participates in Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), provides supervision for all Early Start team members, develops and implements team member and parent trainings, and oversees administrative tasks for the program.

Fabian Herrera has been a dedicated member of our team since May 2022. He began his journey working in the field as an ABA and Early Start Technician, where he discovered his passion for supporting children and families directly. His commitment and strong administrative skills led him to transition into the Early Start Admin Team, where he has served as the Early Start Intake Coordinator ever since.
In his role, Fabian coordinates meetings between Program Managers, Assessors, team members, parents, and partnering agencies to support the IFSP process and assessments. He oversees the intake process for new clients, ensures they are scheduled with the appropriate technicians, and verifies authorization accuracy. Fabian also assists with various administrative tasks that help keep the Early Start program running smoothly.
